Josephine Joy Afful is a Ghanaian national who offers a good combination of Project management, Communications and M&E design and implementation experience having worked on several youth-centered and gender focused programs within the Ghanaian non-profit space. Projects she has worked spans across education, health and economic empowerment.
She was part of a team responsible for the design, implementation and co-ordination of M&E systems on DfID’s Behaviour Change Communication for the use of Bednets and Testing before Treatment of malaria and National Behaviour Change Communication for Cholera and Ebola prevention projects. She also has experience providing career counselling services for young people.
Josephine has demonstrated experience using Adult learning methodologies for implementing Behaviour Change Communication interventions and capacity building trainings for organizational staff, community volunteers and project beneficiaries.
